Nick & Allen Curtis
We are a father and son team that has over forty years of combined experience in home remodeling, custom home building, disaster relief and restoration. We are both year-round residents of lower Sussex County and have had a vested interest in the area for over four decades.
Our vision is to use our expertise and familiarity with the area to provide high quality home watch and repair services. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We have high standards of customer service and craftsmanship that allows you to put your mind at ease.
At Beach Butler, we serve the lower Sussex County area and have designed pracites to keep your property in top condition. From routine inspections and repairs to preventative maintenance plans, we ensure that your property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times.
What We Look For During A Home Inspection:
Our services include a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of your home. We have a detailed checklist that is applicable to all properties. The focal point of this list is to make sure appliances are functional, there are no leaks or potential for leaks, and the house is operating to its highest potential. This is something we are happy to go over with you in person and if there are any specific areas not mentioned on this list we will customize your inspection to fit your needs. After each inspection we promptly will provide you photos and a status report of your property.
Home Maintenance:
If we notice an area of concern that needs to be addressed, we are fully equipped with licensed and insured vendors to meet any maintenance or repair needs. With our extensive experience, we are prepared to form an action plan should a need arise. Managing your home is a time consuming task that we can help you oversee so you can enjoy your time at the beach.
